Services
We have 13 PUMP N class styles, giving you a complete workout for strength, length, and flexibility. Don’t just pick one! Our schedule is designed so you can work out three plus times a week, experiencing a different class each day. Pilates achieves optimal results when practiced consistently.
Our classes are 50-minute Apparatus or Mat workout that will define your core, sculpt your muscles, and improve your posture, balance and flexibility.
Pilates is for all; we offer three levels, private and semi-private sessions.

Class Requirements and Levels
Grip Socks are required for ALL in studio classes and private sessions.
We do sell Grip Socks in studio.
All classes are Pilates minded and incorporated.
The "Pump" label in front of the titled class are the signature Pilates cardio classes.
The "Pilates" label in front of the titled class are the signature Pilates flow pace classes.
Levels:
1 All
1/2 Intermediate
2 Experienced
3 Master (Instructor Permission Required)
Group class requirements: Participants must be capable of independently getting up and down, with no assistance required for handling equipment or maintaining balance.
Not feeling comfortable with the requirements, we have private sessions to accommodate all.
All pregnancies are advised to stay in Level 1 classes after sixteen weeks. Kindly inform your instructor upon arrival.
All injuries should be stated to your instructor prior to class to accommodate a safe and effective experience.
