Policies

Class Cancellation Policy:

  • All memberships are subject to our late cancellation and no-show policy. A $15 reservation fee will be charged for late cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class start time. Cancellations made 30 minutes prior to class or no-shows will result in a $20 fee. For members with 4 or 8 sessions per month, the class credit will be returned to your account, but it must still be used within your monthly time frame.

  • All non-member single-class drop-ins are non-refundable if not canceled in advance. Please cancel your reservation at least 12 hours before class start time through our website or the Mindbody App to avoid losing your class.

  • Monthly memberships can be canceled after the three-month commitment and before the next monthly cycle begins, via email request only. Memberships do not end after 3 months unless you notify us to cancel via email. We cannot refund a charge that has already been processed.

  • Cancellations via Facebook Messenger, Instagram or other social media are not valid and the member will be charged. Cancel your class the way you schedule your classes to avoid charges. Also, do not text or call, as these messages will be checked after the fact and will be charged as a no-show. This slows down the opportunity and capacity for the waitlist system.

  • Inclement Weather Policy: If it is safe for our studio to open and for our instructors to arrive, standard late cancellation fees will apply. Late cancellations- those made less than 12 hours before class-will incur a $15 fee, while cancellations within 30 minutes of class or no-shows will incur a $20 fee. If you know you are uncomfortable driving in rain or snow, please plan ahead and cancel your class in advance.

  • Check in at the iPad when you arrive for your class.

  • Grip socks are required for classes: There are no exceptions. This is for performance and hygiene. There are some for purchase at the studio.

Waitlist:

  • The waitlists do move! Feel free to join a waitlist and expect to get into class! Registering for a waitlist is treated the same as registering for a class. If you are moved from the waitlist into the class (you will receive an email and a text), we expect you to attend. If you know ahead of time that you will not be able to make the class, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid any late cancellation fees. This facilitates a faster waitlist process and provides someone else the opportunity to take the class. The waitlist system stops 30 minutes prior to class, so you can check to see if a spot is open to book.

Arriving Late:

  • All clients are expected to arrive before class 5-10 minutes ahead of time. This gives you time to get settled, stow your belongings and get your socks on. If you are more than 10 minutes late to class, you will be unable to take class. Classes start with a core warm-up to prepare the muscles, and missing it increases the risk of injury if you join late. Additionally, arriving late disrupts the class and the instructor's teaching.

Leaving Early:

  • To maintain the flow of class and ensure a positive experience for all participants, we kindly ask that clients avoid scheduling a class if you anticipate a scheduling conflict, please select a class time that allows you to stay for the full duration.

Class Levels:

  • Level 2  classes are for experienced clients ONLY. Email or ask an instructor if you are ready for this level. LEVEL 3 CLASSES ARE AVAILABLE BY EMAIL PERMISSION ONLY and are not suitable for individuals with injuries or balance issues. We have classes to support every level and won't allow you to take advanced level classes without experience, as it slows down the class. requires too many corrections and may make you feel singled out. It is also for your own safety.

Cell Phones & Personal Items:

   •   Please store your belongings on a hook or in a cubby. Do not leave items on the bench to avoid accidental pickup by someone else.

   •   All personal items must be placed in the designated cubbies or on hooks at the start of class.

   •   Under no circumstances are cell phones allowed on the equipment; clients will be asked to step out of the class if they need to use their phones.

   •   Belongings must remain clear of stations to ensure safety and sufficient space, as the small station areas are not designed to accommodate extra items.

Pregnancy/Injury

  • Please inform your instructor before the start of class if you are pregnant, postnatal, or have any injuries. We will adapt the class and exercises to accommodate your needs, providing plenty of modification options.
